Transforming life's challenges into greater clarity, connection, and authentic living.

Therapy is an opportunity to make sense of your experiences, reconnect with yourself, and move toward a life that feels aligned with who you truly are.

The meaning behind Alchemy Mind

Alchemy is the ancient pursuit of transformation. The belief that something ordinary, difficult, or seemingly impossible could become something precious. While the practice itself belongs to history, the metaphor has always resonated deeply with me.

Life inevitably brings pain, uncertainty, loss, and change. We can't always choose what happens to us, but we can choose how we respond to those experiences.

I believe therapy is one of the places where transformation becomes possible. Not because we erase our past or become someone different, but because we begin to understand ourselves more deeply. We make sense of the experiences that have shaped us, reconnect with what matters most, and intentionally create a life that reflects who we truly are.

Together, we'll explore your story—not to rewrite who you are, but to understand how your experiences have shaped you and discover how you want to move forward. Through curiosity, compassion, and evidence-based therapy, we'll uncover the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and create space for greater clarity, deeper connection, and a life that feels authentically your own.

Meet Rachel

I became a therapist because I believe our lives are shaped not only by what happens to us, but by the stories we carry about those experiences.

My own journey has taught me that growth rarely comes from avoiding pain. It comes from turning toward it with curiosity, compassion, and the courage to ask, "Is the life I'm living truly aligned with who I am?"

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, mother of three, and someone who has navigated my own seasons of loss, identity, and transformation, I bring both professional expertise and genuine humanity into the therapy room.

My goal isn't to tell you who to become. It's to help you reconnect with who you've been all along.

How I work

Healing is both a science and an art.  I integrate evidence-based therapies with curiosity, compassion, and respect for your unique story.

Therapy is never one-size-fits-all.  Every person brings a different history, identity, and set of experiences. Your therapy should reflect that.

Lasting change begins with understanding.  When we understand the patterns that have shaped us, we gain the freedom to choose what comes next.

Curious about what's possible?

You don't have to know exactly what you're looking for to reach out. Sometimes all you know is that something doesn't feel quite right—or that you're ready for life to feel different.

If that's where you are, I'd love to connect. I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation where we can talk about what's bringing you here, answer any questions you have, and get a sense of whether we're a good fit.

Finding the right therapist matters, and I want you to feel comfortable and supported in that decision.

Transformation isn't about becoming someone new. It's about returning to yourself.
